This large-scale industrial project in Riverwood involved the complete removal of an existing roof and replacement with a new, high-performance roofing system. The scope also included the reinstatement of all services, along with the installation of compliant safety walkways and anchor points to support safe access and ongoing maintenance.
Managing a full roof replacement across a 3,500 m² footprint required careful staging and strict safety controls. Coordinating the reinstatement of services while integrating permanent safety systems added complexity, particularly in maintaining consistent quality and weather protection throughout the eight-week program.
Ensuring safe access at height during and after construction was a critical requirement of the project.
Austek delivered the project through a staged replacement program, allowing the existing roof to be removed and replaced efficiently while maintaining site safety and compliance.
