The roofing system combines Sharpline Direct Standing Seam, Unitcote Lux, and custom copper fabrication, ensuring a visually striking finish that meets the highest standards of performance and durability.

This large-scale residential project presented several unique challenges that required precision planning and exceptional attention to detail.
The architectural design featured a combination of open roof cut-outs, a curved dorma roof, and a fully custom copper chimney—each requiring tailored fabrication and skilled onsite shaping. The copper chimney, in particular, had to be framed and crafted entirely by hand, built to match the intricate vision provided by the architect.
Managing multiple roofing systems across a large, complex structure required a coordinated approach to sequencing, safety management, and installation accuracy. With matt-finish materials and premium metals such as copper, protecting surfaces from dents, scratches, and imperfections added an additional layer of complexity throughout the project.

We constructed the handmade copper chimney onsite—individually framing, shaping, and locking each panel to achieve a flawless finish. The standing seam roofing and curved dorma section were completed using advanced fabrication techniques to ensure perfect seam alignment and smooth transitions across changing roof geometries.
High-performance products—including Solitex Adhero insulation, Velux VCS 4646 skylights (x3), and custom-fabricated matt-finish flashings—were integrated to elevate the project’s thermal efficiency and architectural refinement.
